The back surface (24) of a grommet (10) is provided with a water stop lip (31) which is provided around a first clamp insertion hole (35), and a water stop lip (32) which is provided at a position below a weather strip placement section (26). A first protector clamp (71) protrudes from the first clamp insertion hole (35) so that the first protector clamp (71) can engage with a first body engagement hole in a recess for the grommet.
