<p>The present invention relates to a heated vest comprising front left and right portions, and a back portion, wherein the front left and right portions are joined by a zipper, a hat portion is joined around the upper portions of the front left and right portions by a zipper, shoulder portions of the upper end of the front left and right portions are formed in a sleeveless shape, and heating pads are built into the heated vest through a back portion in the rear of the front left and right portions, left and right shoulders, and portions of the front left and right portions. The heating pads comprise: a carbon heating element which is weaved into a ㄷ shape and radiates heat if an electric current flows through the same; and an electric wire which is electrically connected to one end of the carbon heating element. The outer exposed portion of the electric wire is molded with a rubber material, a sewing fixing portion is integrally molded at the exposed portion of the rubber material, and an edge portion of the sewing fixing portion is fixed to cloth by sewing. In addition, the molded sewing fixing portion comprises: a connection jack for supplying electricity; and a cap for closing the sewing fixing portion. Further, a pair of waterproofing materials covers one surface and the other surfaces of the carbon heating element, wherein the carbon heating element is sealed at the covered edge portion by high frequency welding. The connection jack of the sewing fixing portion is joined to a jack of a power supply portion impressing direct current power, thereby allowing electric power to be supplied to the carbon heating element from the power supply portion.</p> |
