An inner cylinder of an aerosol fire extinguishing apparatus and the aerosol fire extinguishing apparatus. The inner cylinder of the aerosol fire extinguishing apparatus comprises a cylinder body (1), as well as a cooling layer (2), an igniter pad (3), and a coated grain (4) that are sequentially arranged in the cylinder body (1). The igniter pad (3) is disposed on a front end surface of the coated grain (4). The coated grain (4) comprises a fixing sleeve (41) and a grain (42) coaxially disposed in the fixing sleeve. A silica gel layer (43) is filled between the grain and the fixing sleeve. A positioning boss (44) is provided on an inner side of the fixing sleeve, so that the grain is not displaced or tilted when being pressed, and it is convenient to squeeze the grain into the fixing sleeve, thereby improving the process speed. In addition, a fire extinguishing agent is isolated from a cooling agent, thereby eliminating the possibility of reaction therebetween, and meanwhile providing a moisture-proof function and an igniter pad fixing function.
