The cooling housing comprises a supply port (4), a return port (5), and two cooling sections (8, 9) that are connected to one another, where the cooling sections are formed such that the sections rest against an exterior wall of the auxiliary unit. The supply port is arranged at one of the cooling sections and the return port is arranged at another cooling section, where the cooling sections are made of plastic material or flexible metallic material.
