PURPOSE: A device for recording a neural signal and a method for recording the neural signal using the same are provided to minimize the overlapping of the signals among neurons, thereby stably recording the signal. CONSTITUTION: A device for recording a neural signal includes a substrate, multiple stimulation electrodes (112s), and a recording electrode (112r). The substrate has an electrode region. The stimulation electrodes are regularly arranged at the electrode region. The body of a neuron is attached to the stimulation electrodes. The recording electrode is placed between the stimulation electrodes. The axon (A) of the neuron is attached to the recording electrode.
