PREPARATION METHOD OF SNOW REMOVING MATERIALS BY USING OYSTER SHELL

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of calcium acetate snowremoving material is provided to create 'cheap calcium acetate snowremoving material which does not generate harmful pernicious ingredient or any corrosion problems of road and structure' by using oyster shell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of calcium acetate snowremoving material comprises a step of obtaining 'reaction product including calcium acetate' by dissolving oyster shell; a step of neutralizing pH to be 6.5-7.5 by adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution in reaction product; and a step of removing impurity by filtering the neutral material. The acetic acid is used as amount of 140-165 parts by weight about the oyster shell of 100.0 parts by weight. The concentration of acetic acid silver is 25~35 w / v%.
