BACILLUS AMYLOLIQUEFACIENS HSL-G1 WITH ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY AND METHOD FOR CULTIVATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens HSL-G1 is provided to ensure high antifungal activity against Alternaria panax and Fusarium oxysporum. CONSTITUTION: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens HSL-G1(KCTC 11933BP) has productivity of antifungal materials. A method for culturing the strain comprises a step of inoculating the strain to a medium containing glucose as a carbon source, a meat extract as a nitrogen source, MgSO_4 as an inorganic salt, and a step of culturing the strain for 12-96 hours.
