FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: original drawing is converted to a raster pattern in digital form and information on amplitude and phase, characterising each point of the raster pattern as an extended or point radiator, is recorded. Parameters of the physical structure of the projection mask, which are used to subsequently calculate an optimised electromagnetic field, are calculated. The process of the field forming a topology image on a photosensitive material is simulated in digital form and the match between the model of the digital raster pattern of the topology image and the digital raster pattern of the original drawing is evaluated. If the mismatch is greater than a given mismatch, parameters of the physical structure of the projection mask are adjusted. The procedure is repeated several times until achieving the given match. The resultant digital form of the electromagnetic field is used as the origin for calculating the digital raster pattern of the hologram and as a modulation signal for the radiation beam forming a diffraction structure on a carrier.EFFECT: reduced deviation of the shape of resultant drawing from the given drawing, high contrast of the resultant drawing and low noise level in illuminated and non-illuminated regions of the drawing.10 cl |
