Provided is a support apparatus which can improve the sealing efficiency between a continuous die-casting nozzle and a　sliding nozzle (SN) device. A support apparatus for a continuous die-casting nozzle comprises a holding means (40) which extends from a stationary support column (10) secured to a support surface and which is capable of horizontally swiveling and swinging or moving in upward and downward directions, a lifting means (80) which is provided on the front end side of the holding means (40), a support means (80) which is provided on the front end side of the lifting means (70) for supporting a continuous die-casting nozzle (100), and an engagement means (90) which is provided on the lifting means (70) for engaging the lifting means (70) with a first engagement portion (111a) formed on a sliding die of a sliding nozzle device (110), wherein the lifting means (70) moves the continuous die-casting nozzle (100) upward through the support means (80).
