<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation power by effectively use a back pressure generated by regulation of a permeate water amount. <P>SOLUTION: A reverse osmosis treatment apparatus has a first pressure vessel 80 to primarily treat a water to be treated, and a second pressure vessel 82 to secondarily treat the water treated by the primary treatment, wherein in the first pressure vessel 80 and the second pressure vessel 82 each, one reverse osmosis membrane element 22 having a reverse osmosis membrane is arranged, or a plurality of them are connected and arranged in series through water collecting piping; the first pressure vessel 80 has a first discharge pipe to discharge a permeate water, and a permeate water flow amount regulating valve 64 connected to a first discharge pipe and to regulate the pressure in the first pressure vessel; and an energy recovery apparatus 150 is provided between the first discharge pipe and the permeate water flow amount regulating valve 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
