<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device that can suppress deterioration of waterproofness and a lighting fixture equipped with this. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device 10 includes a casing composed of at least two structural components 1, 20 combined with each other, a light-emitting device 3 housed in this casing, resin-made adhesive parts embedded in gaps between combining sites of the structural components 1, 20, and a lead-out member 51 led outside the casing from an inner space 50 formed in the casing.
