<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and simple conveyance device with which it is possible to achieve miniaturization, simplification, and weight reduction and also to suppress slack and fluttering of an object to be conveyed and occurrence of jamming ascribable to the slack and the fluttering even when a plurality of conveyance means are provided along a conveyance direction of the object to be conveyed. <P>SOLUTION: At respective sheet conveyance actuators 151, piezoelectric elements 153 are provided at respective end parts on an upstream side and a downstream side in a conveyance direction of a sheet P so that bendable plate-like members 152 generate an advancing wave. Also, rollers 155 are provided which oppose the plate-like members 152 and press them. Further, the rollers 155u and 155d, which are held coaxially with rotation axes 157u and 157d, of the sheet conveyance actuators 151u and 151d arranged side by side in the sheet conveyance direction are connected to each other by power transmission means 160. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
