<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of suppressing a decrease in interest in a game by suitably achieving the variation display of pattern information according to a game state. <P>SOLUTION: In a high-probability state, re-variation display is performed so that a period between the temporary stop display and the stop display of a decorative pattern is longer than a period between the start of the variation display of the decorative pattern and the temporary stop display of a jackpot pattern. Contrarily, in a low-probability state, re-variation display is performed so that the period between the temporary stop display and the stop display of the decorative pattern is shorter than the period between the start of the variation display of a decorative pattern and the temporary stop display of the jackpot pattern.
