<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feed control device of a diesel engine enabling to stably operate the diesel engine for a long period using mixed oil of petroleum fuel oil and unpurified waste oil, a diesel engine, and a fuel feed control method. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel feed control device has an operation condition determining means determining whether or not the diesel engine is stably operated in a predetermined time interval and continuing to output determining results as the first, the second, ..., the nth (n is a positive integer) determining information, and a mixing ratio change means changing the mixed ration of the petroleum fuel and the waste oil based on the determining result from the operation condition determining means.
