<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article formed through casting by reducing the generation of residual air, and to provide a molding device for forming the resin molded article through the casting. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molded article 1 molded by casting, includes a protrusion 2 which is integrally provided on a back surface of a body 11 and is protruded from the back surface. The protrusion 2 has a cross-sectional trapezoidal so that its protruded end is smaller. The protrusion 2 is an air accumulation trace formed by accumulating air in a casting cavity 53 in casting and filling resin 8 in an air accumulation part (recess 6) to discharge air to a discharge port 42. The entire part of an protruding end surface 2a of the protrusion 2 is an upstream opening end trace of the discharge port 42, and a side surface 2b of the protrusion 2 is a slope continuously leading to an edge of the upstream opening end trace from the back surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
