<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive adhesive not allowing reduction of an insulation resistance value in a direction perpendicular to the direction of anisotropic conductive connection, in addition, not allowing increase of a connection resistance value. <P>SOLUTION: This anisotropic conductive adhesive 10 is obtained by dispersing insulation-coated magnetic conductive particles 2 in an insulating adhesive 1 containing a film-formable resin, a liquid epoxy compound, a curing agent for epoxy and a silane coupling agent. As the insulation-coated magnetic conductive material 2, demagnetized anisotropic conductive adhesive is used. Also magnetic conductive fine particles magnetized after demagnetizing treatment are used together. As this magnetic conductive fine particle, an anisotropic conductive adhesive having 0.05-0.5 μm average particle diameter is used, the average particle diameter being 1-10% the average particle diameter of insulation-coated magnetic conductive material 2. Also the blended amount of the magnetic conductive fine particle is 5-70 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass total of the film-formable resin, the liquid epoxy compound, the epoxy curing agent and the silane coupling agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
