摘要 <p>RF input signals (4061, 4062, ..., 406n) having mutually different carrier frequencies (fc1, fc2, ..., fcn) are input from a signal generator (402) to a power amplifier (401), the power amplifier (401) amplifying the RF input signals and outputting them as RF output signals (4071, 4072, ..., 407n). The signal generator (402) has a function for reducing the PAR of the waveform combining the RF input signals (4061, 4062, ..., 406n). The PAR reduction of the combined waveform of the RF input signals is performed through a control on the transmission timing of the RF input signals (4061, 4062, ..., 406n) via a delay adjuster installed in the signal generator (402), or through an amplitude constraint on the RF input signals (4061, 4062, ..., 406n) via a limiter installed in the signal generator (402). In this manner, a transmission device with improved power efficiency is provided.</p>
