A liquid crystal display device, a low-temperature polysilicon display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method comprises the steps of: forming a metal shielding layer (100) on a substrate (110); forming a polysilicon layer (101) insulated from the metal shielding layer (100) above the metal shielding layer (100); and respectively forming a public electrode layer (105) and a pixel electrode layer (106) which are insulated from each other above the polysilicon layer (101), wherein the pixel electrode layer (106) is electrically connected with the polysilicon layer (101), and the public electrode layer (105) is electrically connected with the metal shielding layer (100). Therefore, the resistance value of the public electrode layer (105) can be reduced.
