This method for controlling a medical injector head comprises: computing a catheter injection pressure applied to a catheter (500) on the basis of a first injection pressure (IP1) obtained from a first injection pressure detection device (110a) and a second injection pressure (IP2) obtained from a second injection pressure detection device (120a); and, when the catheter injection pressure is greater than a limiting injection pressure (IPL), controlling a first flow rate (FR1) and a second flow rate (FR2) while maintaining an injection ratio so that the catheter injection pressure reaches the limiting injection pressure (IPL).
