PURPOSE: A circumferential welding method and structure for a thick-wall product are provided to reduce the time for circumferential welding of a thick-wall product and improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A circumferential welding method for a thick-wall product comprises the steps of: oscillating one or more electrode wires along the thickness of a thick-wall product while generating arc with the electrode wires on the interior and/or exterior surface of a weld part(130) and rotating a welding member when the weld part is filled with a predetermined amount of material molten by the electrode wires. The electrode wires are arranged on the exterior of the weld part and the interior of the weld part is sealed before welding.
