PURPOSE: A pixel array and an image sensor including thereof are provided to control an off voltage to white pixels when driving pixels, thereby preventing blooming phenomenon in high illuminance. CONSTITUTION: A color filter array(10) includes a plurality of pixels for sensing light that are arranged in rows or columns. Each of the plurality of pixels outputs each of color data of red(R), green(G), and blue(B) or white(W) data. The color filter array includes a first row array(11) and a second row array(12). The pixels outputting the color data are arranged in the first row array. The pixels outputting the white data are arranged in the second row array.
