<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a failure restoration time. <P>SOLUTION: The failure restoration support system for a production facility 10 includes: an electronic computer 20 having a database 22 in which facility identification codes C of components and possessing quantity D and storage place codes E of spare items are stored; and a portable terminal 30 having a device for transmitting and receiving data relating to the spare items between the device itself and the electronic computer, and for reading the facility identification codes C of the components of the production facility or a facility installed in the neighborhood and including a data display function and an input function. The facility identification codes C are transmitted from the portable terminal to the electronic computer in accordance with the reading of the facility identification codes C by the portable terminal in the neighborhood of the production facility or the input of the facility identification codes C to the portable terminal or the combination of both of them, and the possessing quantity D and the storage place codes E of the spare items of the components are retrieved by using the facility identification codes C as keys by the electronic computer, and the retrieval result is transmitted to the portable terminal, and the possessing quantity D and storage places of the spare items are displayed at the portable terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
