<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor clamp cutting device which safely and efficiently cuts a battledore part of a clamp body. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting device includes: a cutting device body 10; a recovery bag 16 attached to the lower side of the cutting device body 10; a cutting tooth connection part 30; a cutting tooth 38 attached to the cutting tooth connection part 30; an oil pressure pump 25 and an oil pressure cylinder 20 which are connected with each other through an oil pressure pipe 27.
