The method involves applying fish leather on substrate surface using concealment portion and polyurethane adhesive. Individual leathers are combined to assemble a leather structure. A diagram corresponding to leather structure is created and is stored before coating individual leather. A section line adapted to leather is extracted which is introduced into leather structure using computer controlled cutting tool. The inverse section line is introduced into individual leathers, and leather structures are joined before or during coating at their corresponding section lines.
