The present invention relates to a rotary-type or a puzzle-type double compound lens for a personal portable communication device or an electronic device camera. An optical refractive index of a hard contact lens is used as a method for utilizing a DSLR or a camera lens built into a portable device, and an aberration correction state is adjusted and a view angle is corrected according to an F value of a CMOS or CCD of the camera such that the double compound lens is capable of functioning as a macro lens, a fish-eye lens, and a telephoto lens. The lens can be attached and detached with ease so as to improve assemblability and shooting performance of an optical lens of the portable device.
