A material sealing door and a concrete mixer with the material sealing door. The material sealing door is mounted at an opening of a rotary mixing barrel (1) in an openable and closable manner, and comprises a material sealing door body (11) and at least one adjustment device (2). The adjustment device (2) comprises a fixed component and a movable component mounted on the fixed component. A position of the movable component relative to the fixed component can be adjusted, and the movable component can be fixed at an adjusted position. The movable component can bears pressure between an opening frame (101) of the rotary mixing barrel (1) and the material sealing door when the material sealing door is closed. The adjustment device (2) of the material sealing door controls a pressure between the material sealing door body (11) or a sealing ring (3) and the opening frame (101) of the rotary mixing barrel (1) to be within a stable range, thereby reducing a frictional force between the material sealing door body (11) or the sealing ring (3) and the opening frame (101) of the rotary mixing barrel (1), and reducing abrasion of the material sealing door body (11) or the sealing ring (3) while ensuring sealing effects of the material sealing door.
