PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polycarbonate resin composition is provided to have excellent thin film processing ability, to maintain transparency and mechanical properties, and to manufacture a polycarbonate resin composition which can be processed to various shapes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polycarbonate resin composition comprises a step of melt-mulling a first polycarbonate resin of which viscosity average molecular weight is 18,000, a second polycarbonate resin of which viscosity average molecular weight is 21,000, and a compounding mixture for extrusion, including a thioester compound as a thermal stabilizer. The weight ratio of the first polycarbonate to the second polycarbonate resin is 7:3-8:2. A biaxial extruder comprises a raw material input part, a first melt-mulling part, a full plate disk, a secondary melt-mulling part, and a vent part which are arranged in order in a transfer direction of the compounding mixture.
