<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a chlorogenic acids composition having good flavor and reduced caffeine that enables recovery of chlorogenic acids from a chlorogenic acids-containing composition at high purity and good recovery rate. <P>SOLUTION: A refined chlorogenic acids composition ios characterized in that a protein/chlorogenic acids ratio (mass ratio) is 0.1 or lower, and a chlorogenic acid/chlorogenic acids ratio (mass ratio) is 0.05 or higher, and contains 60 mass% or more of chlorogenic acids in the solid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
