Provided are a touch control panel and manufacturing method thereof, the touch control panel comprising: an upper cover substrate comprising a visual area and a non-visual area, the non-visual area being located around the visual area; an electrode layer formed on the visual area and non-visual area of the upper cover substrate; a conductive shield layer formed in the non-visual area and disposed on a part of the electrode layer in the non-visual area; and a plurality of connecting wires formed on the conductive shield layer and electrically connected with the electrode layer via the uniaxial conductor of the conductive shield layer. Also provided is a touch control panel manufacturing method. Thereby, the present invention achieves the objectives of improving product yield and maintaining the touch control sensing precision.
