A microwave processing device (3), i.e., a microwave generating means, is configured of a microwave power amplifier, which is driven by means of a DC power supply, and which uses a compound semiconductor, such as GaN, and the microwave heating device is implemented using a DC voltage generated by means of an AC-DC converter (4) that constitutes the DC power supply. The AC-DC converter (4) regulates and supplies desired Vd voltage (7), Vc voltage (8), Vg voltage or the like without depending on an input voltage. Driving/stopping of a plurality of loads (6) in the device is controlled by selectively opening/closing a plurality of contact sections (5) by means of a control unit (2) which is driven by means of the Vc voltage (8) outputted from the AC-DC converter (4).
