An operation and control device, comprising a bearing body, a sleeve body, a sensing module and a positioning mechanism; the sleeve body sleeved on the bearing body can roll and slide on the bearing body; an accommodation space defined in the bearing body can accommodate the sensing module sensing the rolling and sliding of the sleeve body; the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning component located on one side of the bearing body, and an interlink component connected to the bearing body and disposed on the positioning component; when the bearing body conducts a first vertical displacement relative to the positioning component, the interlink component synchronously generates a second vertical displacement in response to the first vertical displacement. The present invention enables a user to maintain the same attitude for operation and control, complies with ergonomic principles, and is of high practicability and simple operation.
