A composition, dosage form and kit for reducing an HIV viral load in a subject infected with HIV. The composition and the dosage form comprises the following ingredients in mass percentages, 40% praziquantel, 33% niclosamide and 27% albendazole, while the kit comprises separate dosage forms of the ingredients.
