The applicator has an inner pressure adaptation label (6) with an adhesive surface adhering at an external periphery edge such that an air passage hole (5) is covered. A part of the adhesive surface of the inner pressure adaptation label is detached, and releases air from the passage hole if main unit inner pressure reaches predetermined pressure. The inner pressure adaptation label is detached and brought again by atmospheric pressure to adhere if the main unit inner pressure is reduced from atmospheric pressure.
