摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a magnetic resonance imaging method in a radial coordinate system, and provided is a technique for restoring a relatively accurate image by making use of an inter-coil sensitivity map together with MLEM technology rather than the FBP technique which has previously been used when obtaining an image by using PI data acquired by means of a radial coordinate system. The magnetic resonance imaging method in a radial coordinate system according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) acquiring a signal (g) obtained by radial sampling via parallel coils in a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) device; (b) individually subjecting a plurality of the sampled signals (g) to MRI image restoration by using sensitivity back projection; (c) respectively calculating orthographically-projected signals from the restored images (f), and individually subjecting the orthographically-projected signals to image restoration; (d) respectively computing maximum probability values by determining the conditional probabilities of the restored MRI images (f) and the sampled signals (g) of steps (b) and (c); (e) restoring an image by combining, into one, the MRI image (f) and the sampling signal (g) constituting the maximum probability values in step (d); and (f) repeatedly carrying out steps (b) and (e), and thereby establishing the image (f) that finally constitutes the maximum probability value as being the finally resulting restored image.</p>
