The arrangement (8) has a dispensing tray (8a) comprising a base part (8c) that is connected with an upper part (8b). A water supply device (8d) i.e. vapor barrier, is formed with a water-receiving hollow part in the base part. Discharge ports (8e, 8f) are formed at the base part and open into the water-receiving hollow part. A separate partition wall is attached at the base part. A siphon (8n) is provided between the discharge ports and a water receiving chamber that is formed in the base part in an assembled condition of the partition wall that is made of plastic material.
