FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: identification device operating on surface acoustic waves (SAW) has a transceiving antenna, an interdigital transducer, lying on a piezoelectric plate on which there are also reflectors. A query and processing device is queried through a radio signal; the signal generated by reflectors of the device is processed, wherein encoding of the response signal is determined by the number and position of the reflectors of the device. Encoding of the response signal is determined by combined arrangement of reflectors on both sides of the interdigital transducer. The reflectors are located in mesh nodes in accordance with a code which determines presence or absence of reflectors in a given node, wherein part of the reflectors, in accordance with the phase-shift keying law, is displaced from the mesh nodes by a value equal to a quarter of the wavelength at operating frequency.EFFECT: wider operating temperature range of the radio-frequency identification device operating on surface acoustic waves.7 dwg |
