APPARATUS FOR PREPARING PRECURSOR OF CATHODE MATERIAL FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY

PURPOSE: A manufacture apparatus of a precursor with an anode active material for a lithium secondary battery has characteristics of installation of an ultrasonic atomizer in the end of a supply tube, as the ultrasonic atomizer sprays a mixed metal salt solution uniformly into a small size to a reaction tub which is capable of producing the precursor in equal size. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture apparatus of a precursor with an anode active material for a lithium secondary battery comprises a supply chamber(50), and a reaction tub(30), and a supply tube(20). The supply chamber comprises a mixed metal salt solution. The reaction tub produces a product by reacting the mixed metal salt solution from the supply chamber with a chelating agent and a basic solution. The supply tube is connected in between the supply chamber and the reaction tub. The supply chamber comprises an ultrasonic generator(21) removing the clogging with ultrasound for transferring the mixed metal salt solution to the supply tube.
