PURPOSE: A display apparatus is provided to include a middle frame which is connected to a fixing member and a back cover for forming an outer appearance of the display apparatus, thereby reducing the number of fastening members and simplifying the structure of the display apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A display apparatus comprises a display panel(100), a backlight unit(200), and a middle frame(300). The display panel includes a front substrate and a back substrate which are disposed to face each other. A fixing member(110) is attached to the back of the display panel. The backlight unit includes a back cover(210) which is disposed at the rear of the backlight unit for protecting the backlight unit against impacts and pressure from the outside. The middle frame forms the outer appearance of the display apparatus by being connected to the display panel and the back cover and includes a first protrusion to be connected to the fixing member and a second protrusion to be connected to the back cover.
