PURPOSE: A winter time cultivation method of baby leaf vegetables is provided to harvest baby leaf vegetables as in summer, and to be able to shorten the growth period. CONSTITUTION: A bed is installed at a height of 70cm from the ground within a double plastic greenhouse. A heat rod using electricity is installed in the bed, which raises the temperature within the double plastic greenhouse by changing the electricity to heat. The side window and the door of the greenhouse are closed to prevent the outflow of the temperature. The heated temperature is maintained until the sun-rising time so as not to cool.
