FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of part billets from iron-based powders with high mechanical and operating properties. Parts are impregnated with oil at 80÷90°C and tempered by heating at 800÷900°C in salt bath and, then, abruptly cooled. After tempering, parts are dried by hot air at 100÷120°C. Note here that tempering and drying are made two times while drawback in salt bath is made at 350°C.EFFECT: higher strength.1 dwg, 1 tbl |
