<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blower which can obtain a high suppression effect of vibration propagation of a rotating body relative to a fan casing. <P>SOLUTION: An air blower 1 includes: a center piece 4 rotatably supporting a motor shaft 8 via bearings 12, 13; a fan casing 3 in which a fan 2 fixed to the motor shaft 8 and rotating integrally is stored; a rubber plate 10 directly or indirectly supporting a flange portion 4a of the center piece 4 and elastically deformed to allow displacement of the center piece 4 only in the axial direction of the motor shaft 8; and a suspending member 9 restricting the movement of the rubber plate 10 in the axial direction and supporting the rubber plate 10 so as to enable elastic deformation in the axial direction. The flange portion 4a of the center piece 4 supported by the rubber plate 10 moves in the axial direction and is displaced along with the elastic deformation in the axial direction of the rubber plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
