<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear system coefficient estimating method with high noise resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A linear system coefficient estimating method includes: a noise removing step for removing a noise superimposed on a linear combination signal of electrostatic capacity by a noise removing unit 4 on the basis of amplitude detection and phase detection of the linear combination signal; and an estimating step for estimating a value of the electrostatic capacity from a signal based on the linear combination signal from which the noise is removed in the noise removing step and inner product calculation of N M-dimensional vectors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
