<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric cell, a piezoelectric element, an ultrasonic probe, and an ultrasonic diagnostic device that are capable of transmitting a sonic wave more isotropically. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric cell 6A according to the present invention includes: a piezoelectric member 61A made of a perovskite type ferroelectric substance; and a pair of first and second electrodes 62A and 63A for applying a predetermined voltage to the piezoelectric member 61A, wherein the piezoelectric member 61A is one of a (100) orientation film, in which a pole figure of a (111) plane is distributed in a ring manner, and a (111) orientation film, in which a pole figure of a (100) plane is distributed in a ring manner.
