<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator making effective use of an upper space of a moving part and improving versatility after maintaining thinning. <P>SOLUTION: Recesses 4a, 4a are formed on one surface of a carrier plate 4 and fitted to a nut 31 and a guide block 23 to attain thinning of the linear actuator in a direction perpendicular to the carrier plate 4. A mounting plate 1 is designed to correspond to specifications of a ball screw mechanism 3 and a guide part 2, and the ball screw mechanism 3 and the guide part 2 by outsourcing are used in assembling the linear actuator to improve versatility. Further, since the carrier plate 4 is arranged and moved above the ball screw mechanism 3, the upper space of the ball screw mechanism 3 can be effectively used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
