The module (10) has a direct copper bonding (DCB) substrate (12), and electronic components (14, 16) electrically coupled with the DCB substrate on a side. A control device (40) controls one of the components, and is arranged at another side. The control device is directly and electrically coupled with a contact element (20) at the former side of the component. A controlling unit comprises a circuit board (42) that is directly and electrically coupled with the contact element of the latter side of the component. The module includes a coupling element (50) made of metal.
