The belt pulley decoupler has a belt pulley (2), a hub (1) connected with a drive shaft, a damping unit for damping the vibrations transmitted from the belt pulley to the hub and a freewheel for uncoupling the belt pulley during the vibrations which are transmitted from the belt pulley to the hub. The freewheel has an annular actuator (17) which is mounted rotatably and axially displaceable on the hub, and another annular actuator (16) which is mounted rotatably and axially displaceable on the former actuator. The former actuator and the hub have gear teeth (22,23).
