The device has a main volume (4) that is merged into a lubricant circuit, to supply the lubricant from lubricant collection container (1) into the lubricant circuit in dependence of the operating condition of a secondary volume (6). The lubricant is supplied exclusively to the lubricant circuit from the main volume. The main volume and secondary volume are communicatively connected with each other by enabling the overflow of the lubricant from the secondary volume into the main volume through a lubricant exchange aperture (7).
