The assembled-battery charge control device also includes voltage detection unit that detects a voltage at each battery of the assembled battery and a control unit that determines the battery that needs suppression of the charge based on the voltage at each battery detected by the voltage detection unit, and turns on the switching element corresponding to the battery.
