PURPOSE: A barbell exercise safety system is provided to be able to exercise general exercises without disturbing the exercises that use a barbell by connecting a shaft rod fixing device to both sides of a shaft rod in which a weight is installed. CONSTITUTION: A barbell exercise safety system has a supporting board (23) in the upper part of a body support stand (11); and a shaft rod support (20) protruded from a column (14) protruded from both sides of a reinforcing connection rod (13) connecting the body support stand. A shaft rod (16) combined to a weight (17) is put on the shaft rod support. A line connection shaft (33) is fixed to the column. A shaft rod loop (34) is installed under a safety line forming a length adjustment ring (35) combined to the line connection shaft. The shaft rod loop is connected to the shaft rod, which prevents the shaft rod from touching the human body even if the shaft rod falls down.
