PURPOSE: A diamond tool with excellent stability and adhesion performance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve stability and a connection force by minimizing a loss of a cutting tip unit and by improving the connection force of the cutting tip unit and the shank. CONSTITUTION: A diamond tool(100) comprises a shank(120) and a cutting tip unit(140). The shank comprises a body unit(122) and a connection unit(124). The connection unit is formed on an outer periphery of the body unit. The cutting tip unit is individually connected to a plurality of the shanks. A pattern in which a pitch is below 2 mm is formed on the connection unit of the shank.
